The Evanow Family

I got to do this adorable family session just one month before baby Rory was delivered Earthside! This was a poignant and challenging transition time for the Evanows, as they were still grieving the loss of their 3 year old daughter Florence even as they waited expectantly for their healthy baby boy to arrive. I wanted to capture some of this precious time "in between", and used the butterfly as well as a photograph of Florence to symbolize her spirit's presence, and to preserve the memory of her sweetness.
